pressbook very good, overall light normal wear including light furls at some page corners, minor edgewear, light age-toning, horizontal midfold (now faint) as folded by previous owner, and most notably 4-1/4" horizontal tear at mid page of last leaf/pages 19-20 and pencil notes of names of group going together to see the film with the date March 4, 1927 (less than three months after the movie premiered and “very extra special time” / Embassy Theatre small 4-page brochure near fine, faint paperclip indentation where it had been clipped to the pressbook.
